Need to make changes to your Bongo Box or autoship? This guide will help! As always, if you need any assistance, please feel free to contact me.
Access My Account
1. First, click "My Account" at the top of the page.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Scroll down to the Recurring Orders heading, and click View Details next to the order you would like to make changes to.
4. You should then arrive at a screen like this:
Things you can change from here:
Frequency: Be billed every 30, 60, or 90 days
Next Order: Update the next billing date. You can choose any date tomorrow onward!
Cancel: This will end your Bongo Box or autoship order. In order to resume, you will need to place a new order.
Use the "Save" button to commit any of your changes.
Update Payment Method (Credit Card)
Depending on your payment used at the time of placing your order, you may not be able to change it from this screen. This is for credit/debit cards that are NOT passed through PayPal. For updating a PayPal payment plan, please go here.
After accessing your account, scroll down to My Saved Credit Cards and click View Details.
That will take you to this screen. (If your recurring payment is instead through PayPal, you will get an error on this page. For updating a PayPal payment method, please go here.
From there you can:
Edit Card: this will allow you to update your information to a new credit card or update the expiration date on the one already on the account.
Billing Information: if you need to update your billing information, type in the new information and hit Save.
Delete: Remove saved payment information. If you still have an active Bongo Box or Autoship, when your next billing cycle occurs it will generate an Unpaid Order.
Save: Save changes.
